Land clearing we remove any organic vegetation or landscape vegetation including ground cover. When your goal is to have the lot cleared and left flat with nothing but the land we will remove all structures, decorations such as statues, fountains, artistic renderings. We may alter natural forms and flows that will find their place over time. Meaning if you have drainage, for examplem in a certain area now you may not upon completion of the land clearing. The land will find it own balance through the seasons. If we are cleaning up a parcel of land or 'lot' with a structure and the structure is not to be disturbed we will determine with you, the owner, the precise areas you need cleared and work out suitable arrangements for tenants vehicles during the land clearing project. All existing accesses that must remain must be known to us prior to us beginning work. We listen to our customer's and do exactly what you want, no more, no less, that way we don't make assumptions that are unfounded. So Walkways, breezeways, foot bridges, concrete sidewalks, fences with a footing and other existing usable accesses will be left as is unless we are notified to remove them.
